Competences: the plus of our offer

Our mission is the safe and reliable Project Management.

In particular we develop, in collaboration with the Customer, the user requirements, the system requirements, the product specifications, the architectural design, the integrated and acceptance test procedures, up to the detail required to assure a sufficient confidence in the system, according to the quality standard used by the Customer (e.g. ESA PSS05).

Then we take care of dealing with possible sub-contractors, checking the presence of the products at their home, we check the products vs. the user requirements and the functional specifications, we verify the presence of the technical documentation.

Where we differentiate ourselves in positive – vs. the middle cultural level - is our acquired capability to balance the budget and planning needs with the quality ones.

For such purpose, that we consider the main problem of any commitment work, we conceived and developed our methodological tools, based on relational db technology.

Such tools (evolved in an integrated client-server system, working on LAN) allow us to manage with extreme economic and time efficiency the whole project: from the definition/management of the requirements, to the (automated) development of test procedures, to problems tracing, to the history and classification of the input/output signals, and of the project documentation.

During the whole project, we harmonize the input/output signals and the interfaces between the different nodes of the system. During the commissioning, by means of our original electronic tools and methodologies, we follow and note the meaningful events, the problems detected during the execution of the Acceptance Test Procedures, the corrective actions. We bring the System to be ready to be used, and the User to be able to use the System.

Our typical supply includes -- substantially -- a part that very seldom is included in the contracts. But the supplied service gives to the customer the possibility to track the development of the system avoiding the surprises (sometimes so important to compromise the project budget) of the end of commissioning. The above allows to save time and costs of re-design in one of the most critical project phasis, from the economic point of view: the commissioning phase.
